apps/naptan

Currently this app only returns a few details about a stop, in JSON object syntax, when identified by it’s ATCO or NaPTAN code, eg.:

• stop/atco/078/074715B
• stop/atco/079/073001K
• stop/naptan/recdtmj
• stop/naptan/mbradgm

An interface is being developed to find stops near a specified location (though at present it only returns one), eg.:

• stop/near?lat=54.5356&lon=-1.0529
• stop/near?lat=54.5760&lon=-1.2396
